Orthodontic treatment is an investment in your health and confidence, and we want to make sure cost never stands in the way.
Many patients have questions about how to pay for orthodontic treatment, especially when navigating insurance reimbursements or figuring out a monthly payment plan that works for their budget. At Eisenberger and Meister Orthodontics, we have built our financial options around making care accessible. From the moment you come in for a consultation, our team works to ensure you have a clear picture of your costs and a realistic path forward before treatment ever begins.
Getting financing in place is straightforward. Here is what to expect:
Meet with Dr. Meister to discuss your treatment goals. We will assess your teeth and put together a personalized treatment plan that outlines exactly what your care will involve and what the cost will be.
Our team will walk you through your HFD financing options. You will see what your monthly payments may look like based on your treatment plan before you commit to anything.
The HFD application takes just minutes and will not affect your credit score. Once you select a plan, funding is processed so your treatment can begin.
With financing in place, we schedule your first appointment and get started. Our team will guide you through every step of your care from there.
We operate on a fee-for-service model, which means we manage all insurance submissions through OrthoFi, our insurance management platform. We submit claims to every insurance company on your behalf, and your benefits are sent directly to you as reimbursement. You are never left to figure out the insurance process on your own.
We are in-network with Delta Dental and in-network with all New Jersey Family Care insurances, including WellPoint and Fidelis. For all other plans, we submit as an out-of-network provider and work to maximize the reimbursement you receive.
Many patients choose to use HFD financing to begin treatment right away rather than waiting for their reimbursement to arrive. When your insurance payment comes in, you can apply it directly toward your balance. This means your care moves forward on your timeline, not your insurance company’s.
Whether you are new to fee-for-service orthodontics or just have a few questions before getting started, here are answers to the ones we hear most often.
No. HFD uses a soft credit check during the application process, so applying will not impact your credit score. You can explore your options with no risk.
Not necessarily, but many patients find it helpful. Because our practice is fee-for-service, you pay for treatment upfront and receive your insurance reimbursement directly. If you prefer not to pay the full amount while waiting on reimbursement, HFD financing lets you start treatment immediately and manage payments over time.
We submit to every insurance through OrthoFi. We are in-network with Delta Dental and with all New Jersey Family Care insurances, including WellPoint and Fidelis. For all other plans, we submit as an out-of-network provider and handle all the paperwork on your behalf.
